Autohaus Hosch

Sales were totally committed on the phone, but unfortunately it wasn't the same on site and the processing left a lot to be desired. I had to squeeze every little thing out of the seller, e.g. special equipment, tires. In addition, very old and rock-hard “winter tires” were installed on my car, with which I got stuck on a minimal incline the first time there was snow. The tire fitter shook his head when I came to him with these tires. Therefore, I cannot recommend this car dealership and it was my first and last car from the Hösch car dealership.

Unfortunately I have to rate the Hösch company with 1 star. I have bought several vehicles to date and I have never experienced such an approach. You can reserve a vehicle for a payment of €200 - so far so good. I told the seller that I was traveling from Styria and would like to view the vehicle. After I had traveled three hours, a key was handed to me and I was allowed to see the vehicle for myself. Customer support 0.0. I was neither shown the vehicle nor given any information about it. When I asked if I could test drive the vehicle, the seller simply said: "There are summer tires on top, that would be at your own risk." (This information could perhaps have been communicated in advance in the three telephone calls and not only upon request on site). When I then told the seller that I would get back to you in 1-2 hours whether I would buy the vehicle or not, he informed me that if I didn't buy the vehicle immediately, then it would no longer be reserved and in 1-2 Hours may have already been sold (absolutely unacceptable, with a €200 deposit). Shortly afterwards I decided to take the car and signed the purchase contract. You will not be offered water or coffee. It really feels like you're buying a €500 bowl. The seller then explained that the car would be prepared inside and out before it was handed over. I put this in writing on a purchase contract. The seller then enclosed this document with my documents - he kept the unmarked purchase contract. When I registered the vehicle a few days later and received my insurance documents, I saw for the first time that the vehicle was a HYBRID vehicle. This information was neither in the vehicle description on the Hösch website nor was this information given to me by the seller when signing the contract. It couldn't be more unprofessional... When I picked up the vehicle, I asked whether the vehicle had been prepared (as discussed) - the seller replied in the affirmative. After I took a look inside the car, I saw the same stains as when I first viewed it. The highlight came when I left the site with the vehicle. The tire pressure sensor lit up immediately. I then drove to the ÖAMTC in Linz, where they discovered that there was far too little air in the front left tire. All in all, for me it was by far the most unprofessional appearance I have ever experienced when buying a car. For me the FIRST and LAST car from HÖSCH.
